Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days for the majority of our products. If you return your item within 15 days of the delivery date, there are no restocking fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned items returned after the 15 day grace period. Certain items such as dog beds, dog bowls, dog stairs and carriers cannot be returned for any reason. These items are either made to order or are customized to meet your specific needs.
As much as we’d like to, we can not accept returns of personalized items for any reason. Items either embroidered or monogrammed with your pets’ name are not able to be restocked and therefore are not eligible for return. Once an order for these items is placed, we cannot stop production of the item(s) ordered for any reason.
Made to order items:
Items that are made to order such as dog beds and dog steps cannot be returned. These items are made to order on a per customer basis and cannot be restocked. Although we strive to deliver every order before the expected date, these items may have extended shipping times that are out of our control. Extended shipping times in no way warrants or qualifies these items for return or cancellation.
There is no restocking fee when you exchange your product for one of equal or greater value within 30 days from the date of your order. This excludes personalized or made to order products.
All returned or exchange orders will need a RMA number. Please send an email to our returns department at email@example.com Include your Name, Order ID and Billing address. Any orders returned without an RMA number will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds will be provided for you should your products qualify and the items are returned within 30 days of the order date. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. This includes items that are labeled FREE SHIPPING. Once your products have been received and verified to be in good standing, your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amounts.
We are happy to pay for your shipping on any orders that are over $75.00 and delivered within the continental United States. However, when an item is returned the shipping costs associated with that order are not refundable.
