EARTH FRIENDLY: These earth friendly beds are made from an environmentally safe product call IntelliLoft. The process starts as post consumer recycled plastic bottles. Once the bottles are striped of excess labels and caps, they are disinfected and cleaned. The plastic is then diced into flakes, liquefied, and restructured into soft IntelliLoft fibers. These fibers are then used to make the comfortable insert and cover for the bed. To date, it has diverted over 409 Tons! of plastic bottles from landfills and increasing with each new bed.
