EARTH FRIENDLY: These earth friendly beds are made of an exclusive environmentally safe product called IntelliLoft. The process to make IntelliLoft starts as post consumer recycled plastic bottles. Once the bottles are striped of excess labels and caps, they are disinfected and cleaned. The plastic is then diced into flakes, liquefied, and restructured into soft IntelliLoft fibers. These fibers are used to make the fill and the covers. To date, it has diverted over 409 Tons! of plastic bottles from landfills.
