  I bought a large breed puppy, so I bought a large-sized crate. The puppy loves the crate - it is his preferred place to sleep, eat, and drink. The large size is fairly strong, but because of it's size, it is a bit difficult to move from room to room, etc. I wish the bottom of it was a bit stronger. Nothing has broken but I'm worried when I'm dragging it around that I could crack the tray or something. Just a warning, and something I hadn't thought of... the puppy can back his rear end up to the side of this and poop right out the side! It only happened to us during transport from the breeder's. We stopped at a rest stop, put him in the crate, and he shot a mess right out the side of it, into our truck bed. I'd buy this again if I had the choice, though. He has a lot of room to grow, and I'm sure he'll continue using it until he can no longer fit in it. I feel more secure having him in a crate in the house - I just make sure I put rugs around the outside of it, just in case!Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
