Products can take up to 20 business days. The Caress and Caress with Cream Fleece removable covers can be machine washed separately using the cool water setting on a delicate cycle. Leather covers are not machines washable.

Steps for washing

Use a mild detergent that does not contain any bleach of any sort
Do not pour the detergent directly onto the material
Spin of tumble dry at a cool setting. On the fabrics that are not pre-shrunk there may be a slight amount of shrinkage on the first wash. It is advisable in all cases, to use the coolest settings possible
Do not twist or wring
