The Big Montana dog blanket is an environmentally safe product from its recycled covers to IntelliLoft insert. From this beds initial state as recycled plastic bottles, its transformation is incredible. After the bottles arrival to the factory, each bottle is cleaned, crushed and diced into flakes. The flakes are liquefied and re-engineered into a fiber that makes up over 85% of the beds cover and insert. Since the very first bed, this process has kept over 409 tons of plastic bottles from destroying the environment in landfills. The number grows with each new order.
