There was a bit of confusion to start with as they forgot to tell me about the charge for international shippment, so a bit of delay. Apart from that, I believe I have made the right choice ([...]) in getting this ramp for my girl. I can see the excitment on her face when she realizes she can now get off my bed again, by herself. Ideally the ramp should be a little bit wider just to let the animal feels more secure (of course you can have railings added on), but otherwise it's a good product. I would suggest anyone who has an older pet to get one of this; your pet does feel the frustration in not being able to get off your (and his) bed without assistance.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

Overall I'm satisfied with this ramp. It's a good-looking piece of pet furniture and for the most part seems solidly put-together.[...]essentially custom-built.However, when it arrived, the paneling under the carpet that provided the actual ramp function had come loose. After removing the carpet (easily done thanks to its being secured by screws), I discovered the panel had been secured to the cross-pieces with some narrow-gauge staples instead of nails or screws. Even if it had been secure upon arrival, it eventually could have worked loose with constant use.Fixing it was simple enough. I pulled the staples, ran wood glue along the cross-pieces, drilled pilot holes and screwed the ramp back in place. Then I reattached the carpet.I'm sorry I can't report on how the dogs like it, because we haven't yet got them trained to use it. They're Boston terriers, fairly broad-shouldered, and I worry that the ramp might be a little narrow for them; if it was a full foot wide I'd probably have no such reservations. It also doesn't come quite to the top of the queen-sized bed, but it should be close enough as makes no difference.Aside from the loose ramp, which really was just an inconvenience for anyone with basic tool skills, it was just what we thought it would be when we ordered it.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

Pet Ramp has improved our pet's comfort immensely. He is a older dog with arthritis who was no longer able to get onto his favorite perch (couch) and needed to be lifted each time. He loves ambling up and down the ramp and looks quite pleased with himself. We highly recommend this product to pet owners with similar issues.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
