IntelliLoft is an environmentally conscious fiber that is made from recycled consumer plastic bottles. It begins in its original form as a bottle, then sent to a factory to remove the labels, caps and excess materials. The bottle is crush and cut into tiny flakes that are then liquefied down to a fibrous form. These non-toxic fibers are used to made the beds cover and fluffy insert. Since the first IntelliLoft bed to the last one shipped, there has been over 198 tons of plastic bottles kept from the landfill. |
