I received this collar and after charging it overnight I noticed the receiver would not communicate with the transmitter after about 10 minutes. I called Tritronics and after explaining they suspected the receiver was the problem. They sent a new receiver to use as a test against the first one. The second one worked flawlessly. I now have great control of my dog. From basic obedience to correction of unwanted behavior. Great collar and great company to work with.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
