The Tracker Maxima receiver is the most innovative dog tracking system available. You will have the ability to track up to 1000 channels with this system and pre-program your receiver with 10 collars (cold separately) in the internal memory. The large LCD and quality speaker provide you with two methods for determining which direction to go when tracking your collars. Two 9-volt batteries power this receiver making the LCD extremely easy to read at night. The receiver also features an auto shut-off that turns your receiver off after five minutes of idle time. Saving your batteries for when you really need them!

Collars:
  • Strike: Most popular collar this one is certified for use in AKC and AFTCA sponsored pointing dog field trials. Weighs 7.6 ounces (including collar) with user replaceable single antenna. Blinking light shows that collar is transmitting with 1/2 AA batteries can be placed in the collar to boost signal output. Two strap options: 24" for hounds or 21" for bird dogs.
  • Supra Lite: A favorite of Tracker customers. Its light weight design and motion sensor have made it popular for beagles, pointing dogs and small hounds. Two strap options: 18" or 21" for bird dogs and beagles. Watertight under hunting conditions with 800+ hours of battery life under continuous use.
  • Intelo: Available with 24" strap. Hunters running hounds, hog dogs and large running dogs have found the Intelo to be a powerful and reliable collar. 250+ hours of battery life under continuous use Weighs 8.6 ounces including collar. The Intelo operates at the highest transmission power allowed.
  • Pico-XL: Tracker's newset collar, the Pico-XL is ultra lightweight,rechargeable and features a new contoured design. With an optional tree switch, motion sensor or bark indicator, the Pico-XL is capable of storing up to 16 different frequencies. You can easily change the frequency on the go if you are experiencing interference, or on the same frequency, as someone else in the field.
Frequency tuning:
    Sometimes your frequencies are effected by external factors such as temperature or humidity. With the Maxima you can use your programming to fine tune your collar frequency.
Near Button:
    Close tracking couldn't be easier by adding a Near mode to your receiver which makes setting the gain much easier.
Range:
    The Maxima receiver is rated at 12 miles line of sight; 4-7 miles in rolling hills and 2.5 - 4 miles in mountainous areas. However there are numerous factors that can effect this range, such as: transmitter strength; ground cover; moisture and receiver antenna being used.
