This door also features a draft-stopping seal that stops air leaks between stationary and sliding windows so you are not wasting expensive energy.

Do you have a growing puppy or aging best friend? This is one of the only doors on the market that features a Patented exclusive user adjustable rise, so you can change the doors height without paying extra. Now fitting taller dogs and shorter dogs or both is a snap and at no extra cost to you. Most doors don't offer this and you will have to cut a hole that is too high for a puppy and too low for older dog. If the door is not easy or comfortable for the dog to use, they will often avoid it at all cost.

Installing this dog door yourself or concerned about the fit? We figured an Anti-Oops would help ease your mind. The design of this door allows a 3/4" change in adjustments to be made when you need to accommodate measuring errors or tight fits. A secure, locking cover is included to keep pets in at night or out during the day. This is a much more effective design than old spring loaded pin locks, which end up being replaced after frequent use from pets.

Standard ranges include 74 3/4" - 77 3/4" and 77 1/4" - 80 1/4"
Standard 'Oversize' is 93 1/4" - 96 1/4"

When you order a custom height panel you provide us with your track height measurement. We will design a panel especially for you with a height adjustment range of 3" that has your measurement approximately in the center of that range. Custom orders cannot be resold. Therefore, they must be a final sale once built. Note that the insulated glass units for custom height orders take three to four weeks for delivery from the tempering plant and that we need about 1-2 weeks to schedule the assembly after the glass unit arrives. Rise is the height of the bottom of the pet door above the ground. The height that your pet must step over to use the pet door. We suggest that 'flap height' plus 'rise' should about equal pet shoulder height. This dimension is extremely important!
