It was the best [$] that i have ever invested in i never thought of using it because i didnt like the thought o a shock collar on animals. But we had no other choice we didnt want are dog getting hit and we wanted him to be able to run and not on chain. It was nice cause he learned so quick that he rarely ever got shock just the few times it took him to learn his boundries.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

This system was pretty simple to set up. We have a sloped yard but this was no problem. Our Little Odie just get a shorter area to play. It is worth it, cause we can leave her outside and not have to worry getting close to the road in front of the house. After being zapped a couple time, she figure out the safe area. It has been rabbit tested and stray dog tested. She hears the beep and heads back to the house.....:)Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

We have used this product for 2 years now. The first year was great. Set up was easy, the dog responded well to training, all was well. Then our next door neighbors installed an inground fence. The problems began. Pet Safe personnel were really helpful and we figured out that the neighbor's signal was interferring with our signal. We dialed our system in, and again life was good. Then AT&T installed a new wire in our yard...and the signal is hit and miss. I was told by Pet Safe that the if the signal gets close to other wires with electric current the signal can jump to that wire and break the barrier. It is a great product...we just wish that we could get it working reliably again!

THIS WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME. I HAVE 2 BOXERS & A LAB, A DOG DOOR THAT GOES INTO A FENCED BACK YARD. DIDNT THINK I NEEDED THIS, BUT NOW I NEVER WORRY WHEN THE DOGS BOLT OUT THE FRONT DOOR, THEY CAN PLAY IN THE FRONT YARD WITH MY FAMILY & FRIENDS. MY LAB LOVES TO GO OUT THE SIDE DOOR AND LOOK AT THE GARDEN AND FRUIT TREES AND JUST WALK AROUND, NOW I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HER RUNNING OFF. I HAVE 3 OTHER FRIENDS WHO HAVE THIS AND THEY SWEAR BY IT.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

We adopted a stray black lab that had been used to running. It stayed home when we were home and tried to follow us if we tried to leave. The wireless system works well and he still has plenty of room to roam. We sometimes take it off when we are home for sure. That gives him more room to run. It has worked well.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

Out of the box and operational in 15 minutes. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Setting up the collar and the transmitter was quick. Took about 10 minutes to adjust the power and range. Libby the dog (an eight yr old Lab) may only take 2-3 training sessions to figure this out as after the first session was leary of going past the flags. We are very please with the product and performance.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

When I called in with a few questions the staff was helpful and reassuring. I was skeptical because of a sloping hillside, but after moving the transmitter a few times everything worked smoothly.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

With no "work" required to set it up, I was a little apprehensive, but this product worked like a charm. My dogs do their business and then come back in the house. After a week they no longer go near the boundary. Simply a life saver!Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
