Bought 2 boundary kits to go with smart fence. did 2.5+ acres thru lawn, swamp, forest areas and ledge with no issues. also made our own twisted wire as per your instructions, worked beautifully and saved us $$ on not buying the extra kit. would highly recommend. I also like the low profile collars. they are light and durable so far.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

The installation went very well on a 2 acre lot with a mix of lawn and forest. I used a lawn edger to cut the 3" deep, 1/4" wide trench on the lawn and pushed the wire into the trench by hand. I then covered completed section with a bit of earth to fill the trench. In the forest, there were too many roots to dig the trench so I laid the wire on the ground and pegged it every 5 feet with a long plastic tent peg. I think with the leaves and grass that come every spring the wire will be buried by itself by next spring. The whole installation took about 6 hours.Don't get talked into a more expensive system and professional installation. [$] After a bit of engineering work, it turns out both systems have the same electronic components and are put together by the same assembly operation in Asia.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
