I am not sure if my dog is too stubborn to listen to the warning sound transmitted from the collar or if she just cant hear it because of her age, but the process of her running back to the safe zone took a really long time. She received a shock a few times before she fully understood that she needs to stay away from the white flags. I am still in the process of training her, but am very pleased so far. She runs off after deer and other wildlife and would stay out all night. I hope these distractions will not deter her from the yard now. Would recommend this to a friend? Yes

The system was installed in March 2011 and my wandering German Shephard puppy was trained within ten days. We can now let this dog out of the house at any time with no worries. Our fence is underground and covers about an acre and a half. The dog is now able to run and get his exercise without us worrying about him wandering into the road. Excellent purchase for us. We are totally satisfied.

Very good product and works great the first time I plugged it in. Training is a must and works good. Pricing is allittle high I wished I would have shopped longer but it is a great product.Would recommend this to a friend? Yes

Directions are simple to follow, set up is a snap, hardest part was burying the wire (and by hard, I mean very easy)....it was just time consuming. Testing light worked great. My neighbor bought the same one, His works great, too!

I have 3 pitbulls and was a bit skeptical of the effectivess of the invisible fence. We installed it and showed it to the dogs (not as in-depth as the video says). I have one hard-headed dog who always digs out, but needless to say, that is no longer a problem. I went to bed that night without him being on the chain and worried a little. When I woke up and he was still in the yard, I was a believer. I now have 3 dogs running free in my yard and I don't have to worry about chaining them up. I think they love it as much as I do !Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

Product works great! I have 2 Weimeramer hunting dogs, and they learned their new boundaries the first day! I recommend installing when pups are 6 months of age.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

I am absolutely amazed with how this actually worked. It was easy to install and works like a charm. Our dog had a bad habit of jumping over our fence and running along the walking trail we live on. We needed this to stop so we thought we would try this. After two or three times she was shocked she no longer goes toward the fence! Thank you!Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

When we were looking for an underground fence, we found lots to choose from. We were unsure if we should buy this fence because it is - hands down - the cheapest out there. We decided to try it, and we are not disappointed. The training video was great and the dog picked it up within 3 days. He kept leaving the yard before, but we have had the fence in now for about 3 weeks and he has not left again. We would definitely refer friends to this product!!Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

This worked great!! My only problem was the hard ground, but once I got in buried and tried it with my dog; it only took one trip near the flag and now she never goes near it. I'd buy this again.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended

I ordered this for our 4 month old puppy who loved visiting the neighbors' houses. The product says do not use on dogs younger than 6 mos. old, but (since we have a larger breed dog), I thought it would be okay. The installation for our 1 acre yard took a full day with an edger.
After following the training as per the video, we were very disappointed that when on a leash, our dog adhered to the beeps. But, as soon as she was let out without a leash she would get a running start and run right through. We gave up and put her back on her tie-out line. When she turned 6 months old we decided to try it again (put out the flags, etc.). This time she did great! We can let her out and have peace of mind she is not bothering the neighbors or running after their cats outside our yard.
I thought since we sort of live in the country we would have trouble with groundhogs, rabbits or something chewing through buried wire, but so far it has worked just great!Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
