The product itself is what I needed and is very useful. Very sturdy and quite nice for an adjustable feeder. Unfortunatley, when it arrived to me the interior box was dirty. As well, there were old stickers on the base itself and when I took them off, the paint peeled off also. This revealed rust spots in several places on the base. For a [$]item I would not expect this type of problem. It looked as though it was old and had been stored for a long preiod of time somewhere, it definitly did not look new.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
